Terms of Service
Welcome to LostTeacherArt. These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the artist and the client for all commissioned works. By commissioning a piece, you agree to the following guidelines to ensure a professional and protected creative process.
1. Commission Initiation
All commissions must be initiated through the online queue system. Once a piece is selected, a formal contract is generated and sent via email. This contract outlines the scope of work, pricing, and timeline.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of commission initiation. A 100% PayPal deposit is required to begin the drawing process. Any changes or additinal pricing must be payed before project completion
3. Creative Process
The artist reserves the right to modify the initial sketch or concept if it is deemed unworkable. All revisions are subject to a separate fee. The artist will provide regular updates on the drawing progress.
4. Ownership & Copyright
The final artwork is the sole property of the artist. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding the commission, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation. If mediation fails, the matter may be escalated to legal proceedings in the jurisdiction of the artist.
